Tips for a Neat Finger Nails

Our finger nails is one of the most used parts in our body parts. As an active mommy I always check those little fingers of my kids every weekend to ensure the cleanliness of their nails. While those who are old enough to care for their finger nails here are some tips for a neat nails.

For a soft hands, soak your hands in a small bowl of warm water do it for few minutes to soften your cuticles. There is also an alternative way on making your nail and cuticle soft, try to put some baby oil or even olive oil instead of water. After soaking your finger nails massage or rub your hands to moisturize your nails and cuticles. And it also help the blood circulation going.

When the cuticles are soft, gently push them back with the cuticle pusher. And be sure to cut your finger nails straight across to avoid your skin hit by the nail cutter. Use a clean nail cutter to avoid infection. Use the emery board to smoothen and shape your finger nails. To avoid the split and ragged nails, position the flat side of your board perpendicular to the edge of your nails and file in one direction.

Potato is one of the important staple food, specially in the United States and Europe. Potatoes are very nutritional, it is well known for their carbohydrate content. It’s like pasta, it has undeserved reputation for being anathema to dieters. A medium size of potato has only 110 calories, it is the sour cream or butter toppings that adds the fat.

It also contains a number of important vitamins and minerals such as magnesium, iron, phosphorous and potassium. On the other hand, mashed potato with butter and milk is a very satisfying food. Potatoes boiled for about 10 to 25 minutes depending on its size. It is also easily cooked in a microwave oven, be sure to put plastic wrap to prevent moisture. Happy eating!
